Each mold is carefully marked to insure that no order is overlooked.

6 ] C.R.O.S. - The C.R.O.S. is created by removing a portion of the bridge and canal from the skeleton mold. The canal portion is centered - not touching the canal walls. C.R.O.S. molds are used in cros and iros fittings to significantly reduce amplification of the hearing aid below the 1000Hz range.
6W ] WING C.R.O.S. - The canal portion of the wing C.R.O.S. mold has been placed in the lower portion of the canal wall. The bridge part of the mold has been reduced to obtain even less “occlusion effect”.
6J ] JANSSEN - The Janssen mold was developed to replace tube fittings. The canal portion runs along the top part of the canal wall.
6L ] LYBARGER - The Lybarger or dual Diameter mold provides a boost of 12 decibels between 4000 and 7000Hz. It incorporates three pieces of tubing to provide two different diameters.
6F ] FREE FIELD - Free field molds offer even less occlusion than cros molds. These molds were designed to provide retention for a tube fitting. The tubing is “friction fit” rather that glued into the mold.
4A ] AIR MOLD - We offer the Air Mold for all the “slim tube” mini Bte’s. This mold works great when the patient has problems with stock tube, from itching, discomfort, reverberation. There is no noticable increase in occlusion.
4A ] AIR MOLD/extraction string - Perfect Seal has the perfect solution for a custom mold… the Perfect Seal Air Mold. The Air mold can be made to fit any of the slim tube hearing instruments on the market, even the recevier in the canal types. The example seen here has the addition of an extraction string
4AL ] AIR MOLD w/lock - There are two versions, the Air Mold (micro canal) and the Air w/ lock (as seen here). This has the same micro canal with a concha lock for added retention and ease of use).
